Terms And Conditions

  1. The Number Matching campaign will run from 18 December 2014.
  2. To check if a number is available, the customer should access the following portal: http://specialnums.telecel.co.zw/ if the number is available they can reserve it using their ID number.
  3. A customer has up to 48 hours to claim the number from any Telecel shop, if the number is not claimed within that period it is then made available to other customers.
  4. Subscribers have the option of purchasing a handset with their special number.
  5. Stated monthly benefits are valid for 7 days over a period of six months upon recharging with airtime of at least $5 each month (see table below)

  1. Billing pulse for voice benefits will be per minute.
  2. Priority will be given to initial benefits, followed by Special Number service benefits, Voice Bundles and then core wallet.
  3. Benefits are not accumulative.
