My juice card will not juice up. I am getting the message card invalid or has not been found

-this means the card has been used or has been be deactivated in the case of stolen cards
-usually you will have recharged your account with that juice card but you will not have confirmed your balance.
-otherwise you will have bought a card that has been used on another phone
-call Customer Care to confirm whether the card has been used to juice up a different number and then take the card back to where you bought it.

My account is locked

It means you have tried to juice your phone with a wrong pin number more than three times. Call Customer Care to get your account unlocked and to get advice on your juice card.
