  • For ClicknPay platform, dial *788#.

Do you sell modems and handsets?
  • MiFi and Wi-Fi Routers are available at USD65 & USD100 respectively. Handsets are currently out of stock.

Do you have out of bundle browsing option?
  • The service is not available at the moment. Please switch off mobile data before recharging.

What are the requirements for SIM replacement/new SIM card?
  • Visit any nearest Telecel shop with national ID, photocopy of ID and USD1

How do I get data settings for my phone?
  • Provide your mobile number and alternative contact for further assistance.

How do I check my airtime balance?
  • Dial *122# or dial *146# and select balance enquiry.

Is there a difference between Telecel Home WiFi bundles and data bundles?
  • Yes, they differ in bundle content, although they serve the same purpose of providing data.

How do I activate 4G?
  • Contact the Call Center for assistance. Provide location, mobile number and alternative contact number for 4G activation.

If I purchase a voice bundle and have airtime as well, which account has priority for a call?
  • When calling a Telecel number, the voice bundle has priority. Airtime will be utilized for non- Telecel number.

Can I purchase a voice data bundle using a postpaid line?
  • No, postpaid lines are not eligible for bundle purchases and pre-paid promotions.

If I purchase a bundle and do not use it, can I still utilize it after the validity period?
  • No, the bundle can only be used within stipulated times.

Can I purchase a bundle for someone else?
  • Yes, the buy for other option is available.

Can I call outside the country using a voice bundle?
  • Voice bundles can be used to call local networks only.

What is the difference between on-net and off-net?
  • Off-net are calls made to non-Telecel numbers and on-net are calls made from Telecel to Telecel numbers.

On USD voice bundles, can I use my off-net allocation to call on-net numbers?
  • No, off-net allocation will only call off-net numbers in Zimbabwe.

What is the difference between anytime and off-peak?
  • Off-peak amount is usable between 2300hrs and 0400hrs only whilst anytime allocation is usable throughout the day. When off-peak minutes are depleted, one makes use of the anytime allocation

Can I use the off peak allocation to call off-net numbers?
  • No, off-peak allocation can only be used to call on-net numbers.

What is roaming?
  • Roaming is a facility that allows mobile subscribers to travel from one country to another and use their mobile numbers in a visited network as if they are in their home country. However, roaming services are currently not available on our network.

Is Telecash still functional?
  • The service is currently being upgraded and not operational at the moment. We will advise once it’s up and running.

I purchased a data bundle which hasn’t been credited to my account yet?
  • Provide mobile number, type of bundle, date of purchase and contact number.
